Good morning!…… or evening if you’re a night owl thinking about making yourself a bowl of homemade gronola….. I have made this granola for years! It’s easy, simple and scrumptiously delicious! It’s wonderful as a bowl of cereal with raw milk, sprinkled on top of yogurt or eaten as is! I have made it in large quantities to be given out as Thanksgiving gifts. Yes, I said Thanksgiving gifts!…that is definitely a thing!..lol
What I really like about this granola is how long it keeps in storage! One year I gave some to my sister as a gift in a tall mason jar with a pretty flannel square placed on top. She accidentally forgot about it and left it sitting on a high shelf in the corner of her house. Well…. it was still there one year later and she ate it still anyways. (true story..not entirely recommended..)
However you choose to enjoy this granola; I hope you enjoy it with family and friends alike! Food and baking is meant to be shared! That’s why I love homemade gifts. I like knowing who made it; it just adds a little more meaning behind it…
We love the sunshine! We love to feel it’s warmth against our skin and benefit from the vitamin D it provides us. What’s even more meaningful is knowing who it is that gave us the sun. Knowing our Creator and good Father God makes everything so much more beautiful! He is the maker of every good thing we enjoy! He made everything with purpose and intentionality to bless us as His children and show us just how much He loves us. Be blessed and enjoy much!
