His Healing in Our Brokenness

I titled the beginning of this post “His Healing” because HE is the healer and Great Physician. All healing is found in Jesus.

Sometimes the pain and trauma from our past tries to follow us into the future and plague our thoughts and feelings. These wounds from our past hinder our growth and healing. We must learn to bring these burdens to Jesus so He can heal them and allow the Spirit to speak life over us. God doesn’t rush us into healing, but waits until we’re ready. He is a good Father.

He is using people, places, and things to teach us and guide us. He is the potter. We are the Clay. He knows how to put us perfectly back together again. He has the blueprint nobody else does. There is peace in knowing he is working all things out for our good.

Keep praying, keep trusting and keep waiting. God is still writing your story. No season is wasted. He is preparing you in the waiting for what is to come. Your time will come my dear. God has something good in store for you. Rest in the shadow of His wings and He will lift you higher and higher. He will heal your heart and make you whole again.
