In the past, it would’ve been a typical bakery roll that we got with all the sugar, flour, additives, and inflammatory ingredients. NOT ANYMORE! With this anti-inflammatory, delightful cinnamon roll recipe, you won’t be sacrificing your health in order to enjoy a delicious cinnamon roll!
Feel free to swap and make this cinnamon roll recipe your own! The frosting is entirely up to you! I love using greek yogurt, almond butter, maple syrup, stevia, and a dash of vanilla whisked together. Make it your own! Use apple butter in the filling, or change up the flour….Hey, I’ve even added sweet potato! As long as the dough is dry enough to roll out into rolls without sticking too much, you’ve got yourself your very own masterpiece!
