Hello, there!
If you have gone through a super tough time, been addicted to a destructive habit, believed a lie, or hit rock bottom in life; I have something for you today.
If you have broken down on your knees in despair and offered your prayers to God because it all felt too overwhelming; you may have felt the comfort and peace only Jesus can give.
When Jesus gives us His comfort and peace, and guides us with His truth; it’s a moment no words can describe. He understands us more than anyone else could. His love is indescribable, reaching deep within the soul, and surpassing all understanding.
Jesus reminds us of what we have forgotten, or what we have been missing…Hard times do help us remember our need for our heavenly Father. We realize our need of Him every hour of every day. Jesus not only shows us the way out of our darkness, He holds our hand the whole way out!
When life gets you down, and you find yourself reverting back to your old destructive ways, and the same old records keep playing through your head… CLING TO HIM! TAKE EVERYTHING TO HIM IN PRAYER!
The enemy wants to target you at your weakest point. He wants to discourage you and bring you down further, and further. Don’t let him! Pray like your life depends on it, cause it does!
We are defenseless against the enemies attack alone. We are reliant on the power of the most High God, King of the universe! Take up the armor of God, and fight this fight on your knees! Tell the devil who your Daddy is.. You are already covered by the blood of the lamb, bought with a price. Ain’t nobody gonna take that away from you!
Put the Holy scriptures to memory, and quote verses aloud in your hour of attack! Play worship music, and sing along! Jesus is our example of how to resist the enemy, and side-step his traps effectively! Speak aloud God’s word, pray and fast. Do not allow the distractions of this world to hold you back from spiritual victory! Be alert, sober minded, a watchmen in the kingdom of God!
Give the devil a fit! Don’t make it easy for him. You my friend are a child of the Lord of Heaven’s Armies! You can by the power of the Holy Spirit, resist the devil, and he will flee! God be with you!
